Conference and meeting facilities

Comwell Hvide Hus is beautifully located by Kildeparken, close to the city centre, and has a variety of conference and meeting rooms. You can find anything from smaller rooms for private meetings, to the grand hall, ‘Kilden’, which can room anything from exhibitions to large conference arrangements. Moreover, the hotel offers three meeting rooms and an exclusive business lounge on the 15^th floor with a beautiful view of the surroundings.

On the ground floor you can find seven rooms, two of which have access to a terrace facing Kildeparken. All rooms are equipped with IT and AV equipment and have free Wi-Fi.

Restaurant and lounge areas

In the classically decorated Restaurant Vesterbro, you can watch the chefs prepare the food and enjoy a great meal, centred around great produce, simplicity and flavour.

On the ground floor you can find Lounge V and Bar V where there is always life and activity, especially around the cosy fireplace. The lounge offers free Wi-Fi, as well as open and closed spaces, which can be used for smaller formal business meetings.

From the comfortable furniture in Bar V, it is possible to explore the hotel’s wide selection of cocktails or enjoy wines from an equally large selection. Here it is also possible to order a couple of quick and delicious meals, if the hunger should announce itself.

Other facilities

Start your day on the treadmill and watch everything from above at the hotel’s new fitness center on the 16^th floor. Here you will find a wide selection of machines and weights.

On the ground floor, you will find a Co-Work area where you can get some work done or have an informal meeting. It is free to use, and so is the coffee and Wi-Fi.

Comwell Hvide Hus is located approx. a 5-minute walk from Aalborg’s train station and 7 km from Aalborg Airport. Associated with the hotel, you will find 150 parking spaces.

The hotel offers 198 tastefully decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi and all modern comforts. All rooms have recently been modernised and have their own bathroom and toilet, TV, telephone, balcony and minibar. From the hotel’s rooms there is a beautiful view of either the Limfjord, Kildeparken or Aalborg city.
