Conference and meeting facilities

Musikkens Hus (House of Music) is a brand new venue in Aalborg that houses musical and cultural events. Musikkens Hus has the following halls and rooms that you would be able to use for your next event. The Concert Hall: 1298 people, with a stage. 9 metres screen, perfect light and sound. The latest AV equipment. The Minor Hall: a multi fuctional hall suitable for many event types 300 people theatre style and 425 people for reception or other standing events. Foyer, Lower: the rooms has 6 metres screen and two mobile 2.4 metres screen as well as the latest AV quipment. Foyer - Upper: Receptions and events up to 240 people at dinner tables with view over the Salty Limfjord and it is possible to build a stage with a grand piano. Kunsterlounge: suitable for presentations and lectures up to 40 people. Café tables in the lounge area backstages in Musikkens Hus. Classic Hall: 120 people in theatre style - suitable for smaller events and meetings, as well as product presentations. Vinotek: perfect for a smaller social gatherings like wine tasting and private meetings. Parking is right beside Musikkens Hus in the car park "Kulturen".

Restaurant

Restaurant "Musikkens Spisehus" can cater to everyone attending a conference, meeting, product presentation or reception at Musikkens Hus. The restaurant serves classical dishes with a twist of new creativity, added the best local and sustainable ingredients. If the hosts or guests have special requirements, it can be arranged with the restaurant. Among the chefs at Musikkens Spisehus you will find a jury member of Bocúse D'or. For conference dinners taking place in various rooms, Musikkens Hus can house up to 1,000 people and up to 360 in the largest room. Using all available seating area for banquet, you will be able to have 1,000 guests at one time, the largest room seating 360 people. 

Other facilities

It is a very unique venue to house your next company event, annual general meeting, congress, or wine tasting in Musikkens Hus. The architecture and the surroundings both form an exiting setting for every event. All meetings, conferences or annual general meetings can be combined with a concert and/or a walk-and-talk along the beautiful waterfront.

Accommodation

Musikkens Hus cannot arrange accommodation, but the venue is situated close to several hotels, all within walking distance.
