Utzon Center

The exclusive environment of the Utzon Center by Aalborg’s waterfront is the perfect setting for most events. As the name suggests, the Utzon Center was designed by architect Jørn Utzon, who designed the Sydney Opera House, and was his last project.

Conference and meeting facilities

There is room for 300 people in the beautiful exhibition spaces, and in the auditorium on the 1st floor guests can enjoy both the room and the fantastic view of the Limfjord. The auditorium has a capacity for 150 people. The centre can provide a sound system, projector, screen, lighting and a variety of other AV equipment.

Restaurant/Café

The Utzon Center houses the Utzon Café and Restaurant, serving tasty food in a fantastic setting. The Utzon Café and Restaurant have a great view of the Limfjord and a charming terrace, and the décor includes high quality designer furniture. The restaurant can cater for meetings and events held at the Utzon Center.

Other facilities

Meetings etc. can also be held in the Utzon Center’s “Spidsgatter” hall and in the Atrium courtyard at the centre of the Utzon Center. 

Accommodation

No accommodation is available in connection with events at the Utzon Center.
