The center is equipped with the newest machines and gives you plenty of opportunities to put together your personal training program – on your own or with help from the skilled instructors.

Den Grønne Café (the Green Café) has a daily selection of smoothies and healthy, delicious snacks and meals. Enjoy your food in the café with a view of the inspiring climbing wall or bring the food home with you. At special events, you can create a personalized menu in cooperation with the talented and creative chefs.
