The Aalborg Historical Museum

At Aalborg Historical Museum, you will find many good experiences for the entire family. You can easily bring your children along as there is plenty of fun and activities for them and chances to explore.

Aalborg Historical Museum centers on the story of the city of Aalborg and its surroundings during the last 1000 years. A particular attraction is Aalborgstuen (the Aalborg livingroom) from 1602 - the best preserved piece of Bourgeois Renaissance interior in the country.

All year around, Aalborg Historical Museum arranges many different activities, e.g. guided tours, a book fair, Mill days, beer tasting, activities for children and much more.
 
During the winter holiday (week 8) and the autumn holiday (week 42), the museum is open every day.
Furthermore, the museum is closed between December 24 and 31.
