Studio apartment on first floor in Strubjerg, Nørresundby with room for two adults and two children. The apartment is situated 4.5 km from Aalborg Airport and 4 km from the centre of Aalborg. From the apartment you have free access to green spaces, and right outside you will find free parking.

The apartment has a new, well equipped kitchen with a kettle and a coffee maker, along with a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. There are couches, plenty of wardrobe space, a vacuum cleaner, linen and towels. Furthermore, you will have access to free wifi, and there is a flat screen TV with 59 channels from Scandinavia, Germany and France among others.

The apartment has plenty of sleeping place. It has one three quarter bed, one single bed and one extra folding mattress. There is also a wash house with drying facilities in the basement, where the price is DKK 10 per wash.

Great transport facilities
The nearest bus stop is right outside the apartment, and the bus drives straight to the centre of Aalborg and Aalborg University. The apartment is situated less than 2 km away from Lindholm Station, from where you can travel both northerly and southward by bus and train. If you feel like going out for a breath of fresh air, you can walk along the fjord to the centre of Aalborg.

Prices
The price for renting the apartment is DKK 385 per day, regardless of how many persons you are. Heating, electricity, wifi, exit cleaning and linen are included in the price. The apartment is smoke-free, it is possible to rent it on a daily basis, and there will be given discounts in relation to longer stays. Contact the landlord for more information.
